MoonScope is an AI-powered cryptocurrency analysis tool that provides token analysis, market insights, and theoretical portfolio allocations. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate analysis based on publicly available data.

Analysis is generated by third-party AI models (including OpenAI GPT-4) and reflects algorithmic output, not human expert opinion
Token rankings, scores, and "1000x probability" ratings are AI-generated estimations and carry no guarantee of accuracy
Portfolio allocation suggestions are theoretical and for educational purposes only
Market data and analysis may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate

3. No Financial Advice

MoonScope does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

You should always:

Conduct your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decision

Never invest more than you can afford to lose
Understand that past performance does not guarantee future results

4. No Guarantee of Returns

We make absolutely no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding:

5. User Assumes All Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You use MoonScope analysis at your own risk
Cryptocurrency investment carries inherent risks including total loss of capital
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, biases, or hallucinations
You will not hold MoonScope or Polsia liable for any financial losses

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONSCOPE AND POLSIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT CAPITAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of MoonScope shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

7. Subscription & Billing

If MoonScope offers paid subscription tiers:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
Free tier features may be modified or limited at any time

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding of MoonScope are the property of Polsia. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute MoonScope analysis for commercial purposes
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our analysis algorithms
Use our API or scrape our service without written permission
Represent MoonScope analysis as your own in any professional capacity

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MoonScope at any time, for any reason, including:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of the Service
Excessive automated access or scraping
Any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the Service

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MoonScope after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
