MoonScope ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Polsia, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our cryptocurrency analysis service at moonscope.polsia.app.

We do not collect your name, email address, financial information, wallet addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., contacting support).

3. Third-Party AI Services

🤖 MoonScope uses third-party AI models to generate analysis. Your query parameters (exchange, timeframe, token count) are sent to these services.

We use the following AI services:

OpenAI (GPT-4) — Generates token analysis, market outlook, and allocation recommendations. OpenAI may process query data per their privacy policy. We do not send personal data to OpenAI.
Polsia AI Proxy — Routes AI requests through Polsia infrastructure for reliability. Polsia processes data per their platform terms.

No personal user data (IP addresses, browser info, etc.) is transmitted to AI providers. Only the analysis parameters you select are sent.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

MoonScope uses minimal client-side storage:

Anonymous Visitor ID — A randomly generated ID stored in localStorage to track anonymous usage patterns. This is not linked to your identity.
Consent Preferences — Your risk acknowledgment consent status is stored locally so you don't need to re-confirm each visit.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored and protected as follows:

Database — Analysis logs are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, secured with SSL encryption
Hosting — The application is hosted on Render with HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Retention — Usage analytics are retained for service improvement. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Access — Only authorized Polsia personnel have access to stored data

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share aggregated, anonymized analytics data for business purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request information about what data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Clear your local storage at any time through your browser settings
Use the service without providing personal information

8. Children's Privacy

MoonScope is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
